Frank's journal is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Burning Springs update.
Location[]
This note can be found on a table in a destroyed house by the train tracks, in the northwestern side of Athens. It is next to the house containing Marion Well's journal.
Transcript[]
I've lived here my whole life, but I don't recognize this place anymore. There are soldiers in the streets, marauders on the roads outside of town. And now people have their skin falling off, talking crazy and getting violent. Nobody knows why but we see it more and more. Day and night I can smell the burn pits. I don't want to stay. I'm too afraid to go. Sometimes I wish we hadn't survived the war.
