Lieutenant Foster is a mentioned-only character in Fallout 4.
Background[]
A lieutenant of the Commonwealth Minutemen during the leadership of General McGann, circa. 2240 at 2 a.m. one morning, Foster was the one who reported the ongoing siege of the Castle to McGann in his quarters. Initially believing it was an attack by super mutants (in reality a horde of mirelurks led by a queen), the alerted McGann barricaded himself inside the Castle's armory to protect the artillery technology inside.[1] Whether Foster himself was a casualty of the attack or survived is unknown.
