Everybody goes on about the many 9 or 10 intelligence builds, but have you people experimented with the low intelligence courier, with only a single point or two in Intelligence? There are differences between between a 3 and 2/1 build, some responses are even "dumber" and 2/1 points intelligence courier have some special options, but the result is the same: embarrassing and wacky. Who needs the Wild Wasteland trait?

You can build a low intelligence courier for playing FNV and all 3 or below Intelligence skill are considered "dumb" and have special dialog. I haven't finished the playthrough yet, but most of the time I'm laughing my arse off, since when you are stupid, YOU ARE REALLY STUPID. LOL

This build started with 2 points in intelligence. When having this conversations I already was upgraded by the good Dr. Usinagi, who also give a discount in my implant, since I could really benefit from it. Sorry doctor, but it didn't work, or did it?
