HEALRATE is only explained for other fallout games, so I tried it in game. First time I tried it was when I found a scavenger outside of the super duper mart, and he and his brahmin were wounded, so I wrote "setav healrate 999" and he slowly started to regain health, but really slow, sofar I have found out that 999999 is a quite good number, will let many NPCs survive any fight as long as they don't get killed in one hit. But 999999 is quite a big number, doesn't seem to be a percentage for me, anyone figured it out? 109.192.60.169 10:02, October 8, 2011 (UTC)
