During the recent "Mass Confirmation of Administrators and moderators Several users made a promise to return as a part of their defence.

During the resolution of that forum, it was noted that all that passed and promised to return would have their usage re-evaluated following the announcement of a new fallout game.

Limmiegirl, NCR, Bleep192, and A Follower all passed their requests.

Limmiegirl, Bleep, and A Follower have all edited at least once in the past 30 days, and as such, appear to have made at least a good faith effort to continue to be active.

It is reluctantly however, that I move to reopen the confidence vote for User:For NCR.

For NCR's Defence

I've been a continuously contributing user here on Nukapedia. For about 3 years, I've been dedicated to the people and pages on this site, and made friends. All my hard work finally paid off when I became a Moderator.

Lately school has taken a large chuck of my free time and I've been away. I've entered the chat throughout the year on occasion, not regularly though. I admit, Jasper and Neko's suspicion in me has ground. But I ask that you reconsider my removal. As summer approaches, I've been having more time to come here, and perfect timing, as E3 will surely have Fallout 4 news coming. By that time, my schooling will be over and I shall be in top form here.

All I ask is one more chance to prove that I haven't forgotten this wiki or it's necessities. You can even ask certain users that I have been around lately. Thanks, and hope to serve as your Moderator for a long time.-- ^{A Safe People is a Strong People!} 23:33, April 27, 2015 (UTC)

Jasper's summary

NCR is a chat moderator. He hasn't edited once in the new year prior to the request, most recent edit was in September 2014. Most most recently in active editing in august 2014.

Prior to the last two weeks he very rarely appears in chat, typically once a month at best. Wasn't much better last year to my memory, his presence in chat has been dwindling for a very long time.

When asking current chat regulars if they know him at the creation of this forum, they have pretty much only seen him the last two weeks.

A similar thing happened last year when we were dealing with changing people to inactive. NCR came back for long enough to be considered active at the time, but then left again.JASPER//"Do you like hurting other people?" 02:03, May 4, 2015 (UTC)

Actions since since last request

• It was posted on the conclusion of the previous request that all promises to return would be evaluated a month after the announcement of any game.
• For NCR has not edited since 11 May 2015 - the date the previous request closed.
• For NCR's chat activity ended around this time.
• A Note requesting he state his intentions was left on 4 July
• No Response has been received.

NCR has not responded to the request to make a statement. As such I am opening the poll subject to no satisfactory extenuating circumstances being advised in the future.

(ie- If he's in hospital or something of that nature, then I don't think its fair to hold that against him).

2. Im sorry, but I'll have to vote against at this time. What promise you've made before should be fullfilled, not just for once, but at least more than twice than ever. 3. For NCR has shown a complete neglect of the basic responsibilities that come with his position. This is even the case after the community decided to give him another chance. It is fully understandable that some users will simply move on in life and leave the wiki behind. NCR clearly has, but for some reason refused to relinquish the extra rights that he no longer uses. 1. I have not yet been involved in this wikia long enough to gain any substantial amount of evidence suggesting whether or not the defendant's intentions were good or not.
