The specific problem is that some of these appear to be fixed, and some appear to be random. Therefore, I propose a similar solution to what we currently do with bugs, which is to say putting a verify tag, until a second person can verify if it is random or fixed. ::Adapt or make a new template (VerifyFixed or similar)?

:As an additional comment - should this also be done to confirm if creature sub-types are random as well? Or are they confirmed to ALL be randomised? Timeoin•Say G'Day•View my work 02:03, December 22, 2018 (UTC)

I'd like to propose a solution for a problem unique to Fallout 76. This game has a multitude of recipes and plans that appear in-game, in fixed locations (i.e. outside of randomly generated containers, and that cant just be looted by someone else).

The specific problem is that some of these appear to be fixed, and some appear to be random. Therefore, I propose a similar solution to what we currently do with bugs, which is to say putting a verify tag, until a second person can verify if it is random or fixed.
