I'd like to propose a solution for a problem unique to Fallout 76. This game has a multitude of recipes and plans that appear in-game, in fixed locations (i.e. outside of randomly generated containers, and that cant just be looted by someone else).
The specific problem is that some of these appear to be fixed, and some appear to be random. Therefore, I propose a similar solution to what we currently do with bugs, which is to say putting a verify tag, until a second person can verify if it is random or fixed.
