Vote 2: Addition to VA:DISAMBIG

Proposal

Add the following to the "disambiguation" section of the content organization guideline:

If a term is disambiguated by game and a given article refers to multiple games, the disambiguation suffix (the term in brackets) should only contain the game of first occurrence. Disambiguated titles for the other games should be redirected to it. For example, if an article refers to both Fallout 2 and Fallout 3 the article should be called "Example (Fallout 2)" and "Example (Fallout 3)" should redirect to it.

This is pretty much a de-facto policy (i.e. it's already being done this way for many articles), but I think it should be made official for easier reference.
