I really want too live there but I need too know if it's safe

The safe upstairs is safe storage, and the cash register also, not sure about anything else (and I recall haveing problems with the Nuka cooler). The scorpions which spawn in the campground will re spawn where their corpse are, this can be right in downtown Nipton, meaning you might fast travel there and be attacked by 3 scorpions (an inconvenience if you know it will happen), also they can attack you when you leave the store. Should be safe aside from that, and plenty of the nipton houses have safe storage. Note that the house with the radscorpions in the cage, those respawn (but not the traps). Note that the house with the workbench and the Mr Handy, Mr Handy will respawn (although I believe only once will he respawn).75.67.224.12 21:48, July 17, 2011 (UTC)
