Hey guys. I've been working on a build for a new character based around Broken Steel and the Almost perfect perk and was wondering if I could get some help deciding on perks. My S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats won't take long to do, so its mainly just the perks I'm worrying about. I've marked perks I'm not eager to change with an Asterisk, although I would be willing to make changes if people really thought it was necessary. I've considered making room for Pyromaniac(also good if I chose to use the flamer), Ninja, and Life Giver, so that my character could use the shiskebab to its full potential too, but I think I'll just stick to Lincolns Repeater. So, any tips on what changes I should make to my perks would be appreciated. :D

- "Build"? You'll end up an omnipotent everyman with 10 in every statistic and maxed out skills so I don't see how your build is a build at all. That Furry Bastard 23:01, 18 May 2009 (UTC)
