Just to be clear with at the start of this post; I have already completed The Lost Patrol quest. Now the issue is there is a distress signal coming from Greentop Nursery. To be more specific: the hot spot is right at the default location of the cooking station there. No rhyme or reason for it. I get the same issue. Except mine is in the middle of the room that shares the space with the bathroom, like almost dead center. Strongest I can get is 99.54% making tiny micro movements. When I go to the same spot on the roof it is 96.5% which leads me to believe it is somehow a glitch clipped in the ground. I play on XBone. Same issues as you, already completed Lost Pateol and this started after.
