:::Not until they actually act upon said plan. Although if we have evidence that they intended to carry it out beforehand and they do end up following through, I would think that would merit a harsher punishment right out of the gate. It’s a careful line I think. If someone was somewhere else just talking about it, fine. But if someone was somewhere else helping them do it (telling them how to use VPNs, setting up dummy accounts, etc) then I think that assistance would warrant action. It has come to our attention that people are encouraging users to troll our discord server from elsewhere. At this point in time I have information that one former user is instigating it. However if we have evidence that anyone is going to troll the Nukapedia Discord, we will act pre-emptively against users present in the server. Sorry, but shouldn't we be waiting until someone actually engages in rule breaking behavior before taking action against them? Great Mara (talk) 10:16, July 7, 2018 (UTC)
