The title says it all. There is a gross continuty error performed by major Dathri when telling the courier about the Bitter Springs Massacre. The commander at the time was Major Gilles, a female. Dathri says explicit "the major at the time made a bad call, he...". He? I'm not a soldier, but for what I understand about military, if you have a commander in the battelfiled directly responsable by a squadron or unit, this commander answers for any questions or actions performed by the unit. You can have multiples subordinates with specific orders, but a designed commander is only one and if the orders need to change, the commander is consulted. How Dhatri confuse the sex of the sole commander responsable for Bitter Springs? He even says "the Major frozed at the news" and "I salvage the situation best I can. For this I was promoted to Major...", impliciting that he was the one who talked with Gilles and took control. Should this be included in his page, like Pete's error about the "automatic warheads" in the Boomers museum or not?

I'm not sure what you're trying to say. People confuse stuff all the time. You're welcome to mention it, though. Also, soldiers are held accountable for their actions, while the commander is held accountable for his orders. Personal_Sig_Image.gif Tagaziel (call!) 10:33, April 29, 2011 (UTC)
Oops, my bad, english is not my primary language, so I used the wrong word. Dhatri confuses the gender of Captain Gilles (Major Gilles when at Bitter Springs), refering to her as "he" and not "she". Brfritos 11:41, April 29, 2011 (UTC)
Didn't we make a decision a while ago to exclude exactly this sort of thing from the "Bugs" sections, the justification being that it was too common and trivial? Or am I thinking of something else? Hal10k (Leonard Bernstein!) 18:38, April 29, 2011 (UTC)
No, that was characters confusing the gender of the player character, which is a minor, unimportant bug, not a continuity error. A character confusing the sex of his former commander is a continuity error that I think should be mentioned. Ausir(talk) 20:15, April 29, 2011 (UTC)
