I'm planning my 3rd attempt to enter the Institute, not that the first 2 did me any good. I plugged into the console as I arrived and got error messages both times. Still haven't figured out what went wrong. Followed the corridor to the lift and around to the boy's cell, only find myself trapped. No voices; no way out; sat on the bench for two days just make sure I was truly "instatutionalized"
My worse mistake was several quick saves after I arrived. This, after NOT hard-saving prior to transport, meaning I had to load a save from way earlier, in order to get out.
I lost six full days of play; went backword from level 75 to 62. Moral: do hard saves insted of quick saves.
Did the same, you need to go to the far right, face the boy and initiate the dialog "LunaticOne"
