I've just seen this "Top Links" part in the articles. Not saying it is not needed, but it certainly is misplaced. I mean, there is definitively an existing feature, which loads three links to pages at the bottom of the articles, called "Read More". It just seems it was disabled years ago, but can be activated again, to substitute these "Top Links". ☢ Energy X ☣ 18:45, June 6, 2016 (UTC)

this is what it looks like for me
It's not there for me, but I didn't restart my browser in a while and i have a few customized things. A problem that I have had over the past days however is that the searchbar is gone for me (as seen in the screenshot). If I need a page, I have to use Google.
It was probably one of Wikia's A/B tests and not something someone put there.
