Flower Child is a Fallout, Fallout Tactics and J.E. Sawyer's Fallout Role-Playing Game perk. This perk later became Chem Resistant in Fallout 3.
Effects
With this perk, the player character is 50% less likely to be addicted to chems and the withdrawal time is half that of a normal person.
