- One can be found on a stretcher in the medical room.
- One can be found on the top shelf of a cabinet, inside the barn with cages.
- The colored flight helmets can be purchased from the Atomic Shop as a set for 500
or as part of the Vault-Tec Bomber Jacket bundle for 1000 .
