A flight data recorder is a copper globe orb mounted on a metal frame. It may be found in the cockpit of an aircraft, and it may be accompanied by a holodisk with the last words of the aircraft's pilots.

Even though the Horizon Flight 1207 crash site can be explored the whereabouts of the data recorder for the plane are unknown.
Behind the scenesEdit
The design of the data recorder is seemingly based on the GE Orbiter AM Radio.
