Flare is a type of ammunition in Fallout 76.
Characteristics[]
A signal flare used in flare guns. When shot into the air, it will ignite, producing a bright red light which emits smoke that can be seen from a distance. However, flares deal very little damage against targets.

- Crafted at a tinker's workbench.
- Purchased at an Ammo Converter at rate of 5 flares for 50 AmmoPoints.

With the Ammosmith perk or Ammo Factory legendary perk, the crafted amount of flares increase incrementally, coinciding with the perk's added percentages, crafting more flares for the same amount of materials.
