Detailed walkthrough[]
Young Curtis can be found standing south of the Spittoon in the Vault City courtyard. He has lost his little Mr. Nixon doll somewhere in the vicinity.
Search to the northeast of where Curtis is standing and you should see some stacked wooded boxes next to Cassidy's bar. The doll is hidden between the wall and the crates. Grab it and take it back to the boy.
From here either:
- Give the doll back to Curtis for positive Karma.
- Rip the doll into tiny pieces and laugh in his face for negative Karma.
Either way, the same reward is essentially given.
Notes[]
- After completing the quest, Curtis says multiple things in the form of floats. One of them points to a pile of rocks nearby that hides a wrench. The Chosen One will need it for the quest Deliver pliers (tools) and a wrench to Valerie.
- If Help Charlie was completed prior, the family will move from Vault City and one will be unable to talk to Mr. Nixon's owner even if found.
- Curtis will not start a conversation if a Robodog or K-9 are in the player character's party, as he is scared of "metal doggie[s]." The same will happen with Lenny or Marcus.
