The Fiend helmet is a piece of headwear in Fallout: New Vegas and the graphic novel All Roads.
Characteristics
Fiend helmets are made of a basic leather helmet, with a young bighorner's skull affixed to the top for decoration. The skull has a red bullseye on it, setting it apart from any other helmets in the Mojave Wasteland. It provides a Damage Threshold of 1 as well as a bonus of +1 to Perception. It can be repaired with other copies of itself and other types of Fiend helmets, the warrior helmet and the battle helmet.
All Roads
The above mentioned distinction is used by Benny to properly identify the threat at the Tribal village, due to a helmet such as this lying on the ground near the first burned body.

Notes
- Although the helmet has a young Bighorner skull affixed to it, no bighorner is ever found in this size.
