A uniform and hat worn by Brotherhood of Steel scribes. It consists of a brown tactical vest and pants with multiple pouches, worn over red underarmor. The uniform comes with a hat and a pair of goggles.

- The hat can be found at Thunder Mountain Power Plant, inside of a tent, in an opened footlocker.
- Both the hat and the uniform can be obtained by joining the Brotherhood of Steel.
