LTC. Felix Parson was a member of the Enclave who served under Thomas Eckhart in the Whitespring bunker.
Background[]
After a member of Parson's squad discovered a black box somewhere in Appalachia, General Santiago asked Parson to let Eckhart know about the situation.[1] Major Ragnarsdottir also asked Parson to send a small group to investigate Remote Lab 1.2 near Tanagra Town, where they discovered that the science team stationed there was gone, and the only remains were some sensitive intel and several blood stains.[2]
