Fast Eddie is a crazy Ragskin with no legs who knows the location of the Menkey Butte Mine.

The only thing that is fast about Eddie is the way he speaks, but he is crazy and incomprehensible at the best of times. He is easily side-tracked and will stray off into things of no real importance. He claims to know the location of the Menkey Butte Mine and gave instructions to a person named Les, who found him extremely annoying.[1]
