The note is received from the Convivial Historian in Helvetia when turning in antique steins during the Fasnacht Day event:
- The 'Good' residue analysis note is obtained by turning in porcelain steins.
- The 'Bad' residue analysis note is obtained by turning in metal beer steins or wooden beer steins.
- The 'Mixed' residue analysis note is obtained by turning in metal beer steins or wooden beer steins.

PURPOSE: Analyze organic residue particles for traces of the traditional beverages of Fasnacht.
RESULTS: All returned steins contained residue matching the appropriate time period. Analysis found traces of red wine, various spices, and other materials. See final report for more details.
