Farrel is a resident of Modoc in 2241.
Background
Farrel is Cornelius's best friend, for 30 or 40 years, he is accused with stealing his best friend's gold pocket watch.
When asked what he does around here (around Modoc) Farrel says he ,,mostly putters around the garden trying to make those damned plants grow withouth water.
Due to the accusations Farrel dosent have the best reputation in Modoc, if Miria is asked about Farrel, she will say that its highly possible that Farrel stole the watch,seeing as he fits the ,,poor category.
When he is asked about the gold pocket watch during the quest Cornelius has lost his gold pocket watch. Find it and return it to him Farrel himself will claim that his tools were stolen and will ask The Chosen One to help him find the gold pocket watch.
Interactions with the player character
Farrel plays an important role in Cornelius has lost his gold pocket watch. Find it and return it to him quest seeing as he is the main suspect. He will tell The Chosen One that he is not responsible for the theft and ask him to find the watch and give it to him so he can return it to Cornelius.
