Farmhand clothes are an outfit consisting of a dark green button up shirt and tattered jeans, worn with an orange scarf. Above these are an unbelted trenchcoat with sleeves rolled up and work gloves. As this is an outfit it can be worn above armor.

- One can be found at Greg's Mine Supply, in a metal mobile home at the north end of the area.
- One can be found at Dabney homestead, next to a mattress on the second floor of the barn.
