The second season of the Fallout TV series is an upcoming continuation of season 1. The season was greenlighted on April 18, 2024, following the success of the first season.[1]

While no release date has been announced yet, according to series showrunners Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner, production is underway, and the producers are trying to release it "as fast as humanly possible."[2]
Story and characters[]
In an interview with The Wrap, series co-showrunner Graham Wagner stated that the developers originally wanted to include deathclaws in Season 1 but decided that it would not be appropriate to add so many iconic elements of the franchise at the start and not "be able to do it properly." He did confirm that deathclaws would be appearing in the TV series' second season. Filming is said to be scheduled in September of 2024[3]
