Abandoned oil refineries[edit | edit source]

These are a few of the many oil refineries dotted across the globe, long made useless with the consumption of all the world's oil. Little is known about the location, except that it would have played a role in the game's third chapter.

Abandoned USAF nuclear silos[edit | edit source]

These are a few of the many nuclear missile silos dotted across the remains of the United States of America, emptied of their payloads during the Great War. Little is known about this location, except that it would have played a role in the game's second chapter.

Alaskan Pipeline[edit | edit source]

Main article: Alaskan Pipeline

The Trans-Alaskan Pipeline was an important oil pipeline cutting through Alaska down into the continental United States.

Aleutian research station[edit | edit source]

Not much is known about the Aleutian research station, other than its location in the Bering Strait region.

Army of the Golden Tiger encampment[edit | edit source]

Not much is know about this location, other than the fact that it is one of the biggest settlements under control of the Army of the Golden Tiger in China.

Bering Strait[edit | edit source]

Main article: Bering Strait

The Bering Strait is where chapter 2 of Fallout Extreme's story was to take place. Areas in this region include Libertyville, BNAFOB, satellite relay station Tango-Echo, Alaskan Pipeline, Aleutian research station, Port Liberty, and the Last Ranger station.

Brotherhood North American Forward Operations Base[edit | edit source]

Little is known about this location, except that it was located in the Bering Strait, and was destroyed by The Cause.

Brotherhood re-education camps[edit | edit source]

Little is known about this location, except that it was located somewhere in the Bering Strait region. It is likely this is where the Brotherhood of Steel would take their prisoners for reconditioning after transporting them through the Alaskan Pipeline. The camps would eventually be destroyed by The Cause.

Capitol Hill[edit | edit source]

Little is known about this location, except that it was to appear in Fallout Extreme.

Emperor's Gardens[edit | edit source]

Little is known about this location, except that it would have played a role in the game's final chapter.

Forbidden City[edit | edit source]

Main article: Forbidden City

The Forbidden City is a palace in China. The player character was to go there to kill the Chinese Emperor and deactivate the Doom's Day Missile.

Fort Williamette[edit | edit source]

Main article: Fort Williamette

The Cause was to destroy this Brotherhood of Steel base in their swing up through the continental U.S. and into Alaska.

The Great Convocation[edit | edit source]

Main article: The Great Convocation

This is the main camp of the Inuits. Little is known about the location, except that it would have played a role in the game's second chapter.

The Herd lands[edit | edit source]

Main article: The Herd lands

This would have been the source of the Horde of Huns, a large raider tribe. The Cause would have had to fight their way through in order to advance into China.

Kodiak base[edit | edit source]

Main article: Kodiak base

Not much is known about this location, except that it plays a part in the plot of Fallout Extreme's first chapter. The location likely would have been taken over by The Cause.

Last Ranger station[edit | edit source]

Not much is known about the last Ranger station other than its location in the Bering Strait region.

Libertyville[edit | edit source]

Libertyville is a shanty-town in the Bering Strait region.

Little Red Cafe[edit | edit source]

Not much is know about this Chinese eatery, other than the fact that it is under the control of the Army of the Golden Tiger.

Montauk preserve[edit | edit source]

Not much is known about this location, except that it plays a part in the plot of Fallout Extreme's first chapter, and belongs to the Montauk.

Mount Hood[edit | edit source]

Main article: Mount Hood

Not much is known about this location, except that several settlements are located around the mountain. These would have been the origin of The Cause.

Mount St. Helens[edit | edit source]

Main article: Mount St. Helens

Not much is known about the mountain, except that Vault 6 was located beneath it. A Brotherhood of Steel experimentation lab had been set up here as well.

The People's Nuclear Missile Silos 27 and 31[edit | edit source]

These are two of the many nuclear missile silos dotted across the remains of the China, emptied of their payloads during the Great War. Little is known about this location, except that it would have played a role in the game's final chapter. It is possible that one would have been the launch site of the Doom's Day Missile.

Port Liberty[edit | edit source]

Port Liberty is a sea port in the Bering Strait region in Fallout Extreme.

Re-education Colony[edit | edit source]

The name implies this to be some form of indoctrination center, most likely operated by the Brotherhood of Steel. Little is known about the location, except that it would have played a role in the game's third chapter.

Russian steppes villages[edit | edit source]

Little is known about the location, except that it would have played a role in the game's third chapter.

Satellite relay station Tango-Echo[edit | edit source]

Not much is know about the satellite relay station, other than its location in the Bering Strait region.

Seattle[edit | edit source]

Little is known about this location, though the name implies it is some form of Seattle pre-War subway or sewer system.

The Sound[edit | edit source]

Little is known about this location, except that it was to appear in Fallout Extreme.

Troll Warren[edit | edit source]

Little is known about this super mutant city, except that it would eventually be taken over by The Cause.

Vault 6[edit | edit source]

This vault's experiment was that it allowed small doses of radiation to be released into the vault once a day. This resulted in the population turning into an aggressive pack of extremely irradiated feral ghouls.
