The Fallout 3 patch 1.4 was released on March 2, 2009, for pc and Xbox 360 via Games for Windows Live and Xbox Live. On March the 3rd it could be downloaded from the official site.
It updates Fallout 3 to version 1.4.0.6.

New achievements for The Pitt- Support for multiple add-ons (Gamers in Asia can now play Operation: Anchorage, unlike before).
