The Fallout 2 Hintbook is a special skill book and a bonus item available after finishing Fallout 2.
Characteristics[]
When used, the Hintbook yields 10,000 XP and increases all skills to 300%. It can be used infinite times, for another 10,000 experience each time.

If Father Tully is dead, the Hintbook cannot be obtained.
Bugs[]
The Hintbook should also raise the Chosen One's SPECIAL stats to 10 and raise his/her Hit Points to 999. However, those effects are bugged, so they will not apply.
