Fake Vault 13 is a small cave north-northwest of New California Republic in 2241.

The location of the cave can be learned from a holodisk that can be bought from Merk in the New California Republic town for $1,000.[1][2]

- There are some construction signs lying around.
- One of the caverns used during random encounters has exactly the same layout, apart from the construction signs.
