The factory is an unmarked location in the South Boston neighborhood of Boston in 2287. It is just southwest of the Four Leaf fishpacking plant.

The building is surrounded by leveled bloodbugs. The small shed nearby to the west has an armor workbench and a power armor station. The construction site across the street to the southeast is occupied by three super mutants and a mutant hound, and has an Advanced-locked safe on the second floor in the northwest corner.
The interior of the factory is a small area with another half dozen or so bloodbugs and radroaches. Behind the currently inaccessible cashier's cage, follow the red wire from the wall switch to the office above; the wooden stairs run above the generator. Behind the Novice-locked office door lies the foreman's terminal to unlock the cashier's cage on the ground level, as well as a Master-locked safe in the corner behind the desk.
