The FEV production facility is a separate interior accessed via an elevator within the West Tek research wing, just past the doors that require the West Tek research wing access code. It was added in the Steel Reign update.

Level designers Craig Bernardo and David Dobert worked on this location; Dobert was responsible for the initial blocking of the facility, while Bernardo finished the work into its final version.[1]
