Extra heavy is a weapon mod in Fallout 4.
Effects[]
When equipped on a pipe wrench, the weapon appears with the "Heavy" prefix and a multi-pronged gear attached to the side of the wrench head. Its base damage is increased from 13 to 28, inflicts a higher amount of limb damage more likely to cripple a target's limbs, and gains an additional 15% chance to cripple limbs per hit.

The extra heavy modification cannot be found in the game world. It may appear equipped on pipe wrenches that spawn with raiders as well as those sold by weapons vendors such as Arturo Rodriguez and Myrna at the Diamond City market. It can also be crafted at a weapons workbench.
