One of three outfits worn by the prostitutes found on the New Vegas Strip, the male version consists of chains covering the wearer's chest connected to a spiked choker necklace, paired with black cowboy boots, black ripped tights worn under gray boxers, and a wrestling singlet. The female version consists of a tight leather bra, a choker necklace, a pair of tight black short shorts worn under a torn black mini-skirt with a chain and hand cuffs used as a belt, a leather leg harness made of grunge belts, and another grunge belt worn around the wearer's abdominal region.

The outfit is worn by a hooker just outside of Gomorrah in the northernmost section of the Strip as well as by most of the Gomorrah prostitutes inside at the Brimstone club. One can be obtained from these prostitutes by either looting it from their dead body, or reverse pickpocketing them; if killed, the ones inside will respawn after a few days, and killing them undetected will prevent turning the Omertas hostile.
A non-player version appears being worn by Joana while in her room if one pays to sleep with her during Playing on the Old Joana; if she is killed before or after, it will not appear when looting her body.
