Explosive shielding is a shielding power armor mod in Fallout 4.
Characteristics[]
When equipped on any piece(s) of power armor, the player character will receive 2% less damage from explosives, up to a maximum of 12% with all six pieces equipped.
Crafting[]
In order to craft the lead plating mod, a power armor frame with the desired piece(s) attached, must be installed at a power armor station.

Locations[]
The lead plating power armor modification cannot be found in the game world, nor is it sold by any merchants in the game. It can only be obtained via crafting at a power armor station.
