The Exclusive Licensing Agreement was a 2004 agreement between Bethesda Softworks and Interplay Entertainment, which granted the former a license to develop and publish Fallout 3 and two additional Fallout games.
It was later superseded by the Asset Purchase Agreement, in which Bethesda purchased the rights to the Fallout franchise as a whole.
