Although the model for this piece of evidence is listed in the game files as being a holotape, when inspected in-game, the item does not actually display anything. The name of the item refers to Mike Tiller, who is hiding out in Kerwood Mine after accidentally killing a group of Settlers with a Hellstorm missile launcher.
