Eviction notice recording: The Kaminskis is a holotape in Fallout 76.

Location[]

The tape can be found in Welch, inside an opened coffin jutting out of the cliff side near Duchess' stash, beside a skeleton.

Transcript[]

AMS agent: Mr. and Mrs. Armand Kaminski. This is your final warning. Your domicile is situated on top of AMS property. You have 15 seconds to exit your home. If you do not do so, my men and I are well within our rights to remove you by force.

Male: Don't think they're coming out, boys.

AMS agent: Sir, this does not concern you. Please step back.

Male: You company boys take our jobs. Take our dignity. Now you want our homes, too? I'd say it concerns me plenty.

AMS agent: Sir, I'm going to ask you one more time. Get back in your house. The only people in trouble are the Kaminskis ... for now.

Male: That's where you're wrong, son.

Behind the scenes[]

  • The Atomic Mining Services agent is not given a name in the subtitles, just "AMS agent," but his voice type is NPCM_MTR_Welch_DaltonYaborough, revealing that his name is Dalton Yaborough. He is voiced by Brett Elliott, who also voiced the Grafton mayor and Roger Maxson.
  • The other male speaker in this holotape (the one who rebukes the AMS agent) does not have any given name at all in the subtitles. His dialogue uses the MaleRough voice type, voiced by Fred Tatasciore.
  • In the game's files, there is a voice type with the editor ID NPCM_MTR_Welch_TedWachon, and the display name Welch Resident. Wachon has three unused voice lines that are identical to the unnamed man's dialogue in this holotape. Both are voiced by Fred Tatasciore, but the unused lines in the Ted Wachon voice type are more emotive and sound angrier compared to what is heard in-game.
