Esme Rousseau, also known as Chef Esme, is a chef of the Whitespring Refuge in Appalachia.
Background
In 2104, Esme joined the new group at the Whitespring Refuge. Before this, she spent a long time trying to survive in the wasteland all by herself. When she heard about the Whitespring opening its doors to refugees, she thought it would have mouths to feed and thought being a chef for them would give her life meaning.
