Escape Cell Block 13 was going to be a quest in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios.
Quick walkthrough[]
This quest was going to be assigned to the Prisoner shortly after the game begins, triggered by an explosive breach in their prison cell wall. To progress, the player would navigate and escape from Tibbets Prison.
Notes[]
The Prisoner being in cell block 13 is a reference to Vault 13 and the Vault Dweller.
