“No one escapes from you.”
Enforcer is an Agility-based perk in Fallout 76.
Effects[]
Shotguns gain a greater stagger chance and chance to cripple a limb.
Ranks[]
Rank | Description | Form ID |
---|---|---|
1 | Your shotguns gain a +5% stagger chance and a 10% chance to cripple a limb | 00322354 |
2 | Your shotguns gain a +10% stagger chance and a 20% chance to cripple a limb | 00322355 |
3 | Your shotguns gain a +15% stagger chance and a 30% chance to cripple a limb | 00322356 |
Notes[]
- The effects of Enforcer are calculated per pellet, as opposed to per shot. If all eight pellets connect to a single limb, stagger and cripple are highly likely at rank one; becoming nearly guaranteed at ranks two and three.
- The main purpose behind the excess chance, however, is that each individual pellet is given a higher chance to stagger and cripple, as shotguns are inherently inaccurate, and landing all eight pellets on a single limb can prove difficult.
- Range has no bearing on stagger or cripple chances.
- Multiple limbs (including from multiple enemies) can be crippled at the same time.
Behind the scenes[]
The perk card design for Enforcer parodies a poster for the 2012 film Killing Them Softly, in which Brad Pitt plays a mafia enforcer named Jackie Cogan.
