Energy Resistance is a derived statistic in Fallout: New Vegas, Fallout 4, and Fallout 76 that allows a character to resist damage from Energy Weapons.
Fallout: New Vegas
With 100 Survival, and the helmet below the 85% cap can be achieved.
Temporarily increasing Energy Resistance
- Atomic cocktail: +25 Energy Resistance for 2 min.
- Marked beast helmet: +10 Energy Resistance, +2 Energy Weapons while worn.
Fallout 4
Permanently increasing Energy Resistance
- Refractor perk grants +10 Energy Resistance per level, up to a maximum of +50.
- Shield Harmonics perk grants +20 Energy Resistance.
Temporarily increasing Energy Resistance
- Radscorpion steak: +25 Energy Resistance for 60 minutes.
- Radstag stew: +30 Energy Resistance for 60 minutes.
- Various pieces of armor provide Energy Resistance.
Fallout 76
Permanently increasing Energy Resistance
