Energy Charge is a Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel skill (skills in this game work like perks do in other Fallout games).

To take the skill, the player must be Level 12.
Effects[]
This skill will allow the player character to charge any energy weapon by using the "special attack" button. It will release a far more destructive attack than normal.
