Fallout TV series[]
The Target[]
Enclave Scientists examine and document newborn puppy dogs; if they don't meet the 10oz weight requirement, they're incinerated. One scientist, Wilzig, forged the weight for the dog CX404 that he was responsible for.
Time passes and with the Enclave's behavioral engineering room. The scientists are seen being given full examinations and shots to the now older puppy dogs while Wilzig takes CX404 into his own care. As Wilzig walks outside from the room, he's scanned by a soldier and sees his fellow scientists training their dogs, while two scientists haul away a mutated corpse on a gurney.
Over time, within his personal lab, Wilzig would train CX404 to become an obedient dog, using a teddy bear as a reward for her. As Wilzig would train CX404, he researched a cold fusion device, and after some time, he injected it into his head, right below his right ear.
Eventually, a fellow scientist discovered Wilzig's mutinous act involving the cold fusion device and raised the alarm. Once the scientist pushed Wilzig to the ground amid a scuffle between them, CX404 killed the scientist.
With the alarm raised, Wilzig, holding a leather bag and having CX404 by his side, escapes the Enclave compound while passing by an alerted soldier amid this. Nearly out of the compound, a gun turret appears before them and fires, causing the two to flee in fear.
