Enclave Secret Operative underarmor is an underarmor in Fallout 76, introduced in the Gleaming Depths update.
Characteristics[]
In appearance the underarmor is very similar to Marine wetsuit. The underarmor has the Enclave logo on the chest, and 10 stars on the back (2 of them are covered by wires). It's a dark blue skintight suit with yellow wires and brown boots. It matches very well with the Secret Operative Scout armor paint.
Linings increase Strength and Perception, along with minor boosts to resistances. The underarmor itself provides 10 DR and 10 ER - even without any lining. To balance given resistances, armor reduces max Action Points by 10. This is the first underarmor in the game that has a bonus resistance without any lining.
Crafting[]
Operative underarmor cannot be crafted, and may only be awarded as a Raid: Gleaming Depths reward or traded from other players.

- The plans to craft the underarmor exist in the game files, and can be viewed from the armor workbench if 'view unlockable' is toggled. However, the plans are not referenced in any of the raid loot leveled lists.
