The empty hypodermic is a miscellaneous item in Fallout 2.

An empty kind of syringe.
Uses[]
By itself, the empty hypodermic has no use. However, giving one to Myron, along with a broc flower and a xander root allows him to make a stimpak. Having a fruit and Nuka-Cola alongside, he can make a super stimpak.
Locations[]
- Two of these can be stolen from Dr. Troy and one from Phylis, both of whom can be found on level 1 of Vault 8.
- Two can be found in a locker on level 3 of Vault 8.
- One in the locked rightmost locker in Jungle Gym, Second Street.
- Three in one of the lockers in Shark Club's basement.
- One in a bookcase in a room in the Shark Club, second level.
- Two in a bookcase on Mrs. Bishop's bedroom at the Shark Club
- One of these can be found in a grave in Golgotha.
- Some are found on a desk in Myron's room in the Stables.
- One in a bookcase at NCR Downtown, Doc Henry's hospital.
