Emma is a brahmin found dead southwest of ArcJet Systems, in the Fallout 4 Creation Club content "Zetan Arsenal."
Background[]
According to the farmer's note, Emma was the daughter of a brahmin named Bessie. After losing Bessie and two other brahmin to alien abductors, the farmer decided to release Emma to the wild in hopes the abductors wouldn't find her there. He chose a spot where he had previously captured wild brahmin, knowing Emma liked the smell of the hubflowers nearby. Emma and her master were both killed en route.

Emma is found deceased. However, after reading the farmer's note, the Sole Survivor can choose to bring her cowbell to the spot described in the note, encountering hostile aliens nearby.
