Background
It is a second generation Wattz Electronics electronic lockpick, called the Micromanipulator FingerStuff. The Mark II version includes updated software and interface tools.[1]
Characteristics
It can be used to pick electronic locks and security devices, giving a larger bonus (+40%) to Lockpick than the regular lock pick (just +20%).
